T shirts

So at what point should we call "No Joy" and assume the ordered T-shirt just isn't going to be delivered and subsequently seek a refund?

Just asking, as I note that some people have just received their t-shirt/s recently (within the last few days). For me its been about 2.5 months since dispatch, which I would normally consider way past the norm for an international delivery.

Your advice would be appreciated.

I had put in two different t-shirt orders... I received one of them.

It means your second one is still on its way. Thank you for the kind patience again, glad that one arrived in the meantime.

  • 4 weeks later...

My "Call the Ball" t-shirt(s) arrived today in Adelaide, South Australia, after being in transit for 139 days!! Lucky I wasn't waiting on a heart transplant, just some t-shirts.

As previously mentioned by Heatblur, I received two "Call the Ball" t-shirts for the price of one..

Both t-shirts are a similar colour, with one being slightly darker. The "Call the ball" print on the darker one is substantially larger than the other, but both look fine.

The quality of the shirts and printing seems fine out of the packet (haven't been washed yet).

So if you are still waiting on your delivery and have given up, wait a little longer! Seems they are still trickling out at glacial speed.

Thanks Heatblur!!

Can I get some assistance with my shirt? I've emailed support twice over the last 2 weeks with no reply.

I received my confirmation email that it was "On Its Way" back on the 7th May, but to date ( 2019-10-12 AEST ) I haven't received the shirt, nor any updates via email or SMS.

Is there are delay of some kind? How were they shipped? Was it shipped with a tracking number?

I'm still waiting on mine, too. :( There's a guy on here from Adelaide that got his a couple of weeks back, so there's a chance it might show up soon... hopefully... :noexpression:

Yeah I saw that post, which is hopeful. I'm not fussed if there's a delay, but it would be nice to at least get a notification.

How were they shipped?

Now this is very, very wild speculation on my behalf. But I somehow got the impression a delivery dude loaded up his or her van in Poland and started to ship these things personally all over Europe, then caught a freighter to the US, and by now made the way to Australia... seems like a cool opportunity for a nice trip around the world. :music_whistling: :D

But seriously, which shipping service takes several months to get T-Shirts delivered? I'm not complaining (got mine and love them), I'm just at a loss for any explanation as to how deliveries could keep on taking that long, or how there could be a one week delay between deliveries to Hanover and Brunswick (for me and a buddy) which are like neighbor cities...

Hi Coder, can you send me your email please so I can take a look? A couple landed in my spam again, or maybe my reply ended up in yours, I'll check. Thank you.

In general it should be on the way, but if you or anyone would prefer not to wait anymore, which we understand completely, we'd be happy to offer you a refund. My apologies that we cannot offer anything better at the moment.

EDIT: Just found your email and replied.

Hey guys at Heatblur!

I am interested in buying cool Viggen T-Shirts (but also Sweater or similar if they would be available).
Are you going to make this stuff avaible again in the very near future?

Would be fantastic!
Kind regards,

Not atm. But we will offer t-shirts at some point in the future again. What kind and which ones we cannot say yet.
