M3GT4
Just thought I'd make a post if anyone didn't know about it. It's a modern top gun film in french called Les chevaliers du ciel (sky fighters). Check it out
Pilotasso
I saw that at the cinema back in 2005. As usual for these types of movies the plot is dumb , the acting average at best but I loved it. :D [sigpic]http://forums.eagle.ru/signaturepics/sigpic4448_29.gif[/sigpic] My PC specs below:Case: Corsair 400C PSU: SEASONIC SS-760XP2 760W Platinum CPU: AMD RYZEN 3900X (12C/24T) RAM: 32 GB 4266Mhz (two 2x8 kits) of trident Z RGB @3600Mhz CL 14 CR=1T MOBO: ASUS CROSSHAIR HERO VI AM4 GFX: GTX 1080Ti MSI Gaming X Cooler: NXZT Kraken X62 280mm AIO Storage: Samsung 960 EVO 1TB M.2+6GB WD 6Gb red HOTAS: Thrustmaster Warthog + CH pro pedals Monitor: Gigabyte AORUS AD27QD Freesync HDR400 1440P
Lordzarj
I saw that at the cinema back in 2005. As usual for these types of movies the plot is dumb , the acting average at best but I loved it. :D I would urge anyone who hasn't seen it to seek it out. Yes the plot is cheesy but the flying scenes, of which there are a lot are mind blowing hardly any CGI. From Wikipedia: "Les Chevaliers du Ciel was filmed in co-operation with the French Air Force. Initially the standard safety rules applied, but eventually the minimum allowed altitude was reduced to 3 m (10 ft) and the minimum distance between aircraft was reduced to 1 m (3 ft)" That says it all! Yurgon
Some of the best Aerial footage in cinema to date, definitely worth watching for the aviation porn. :D But yeah, the story and the acting aren't exactly at the same level as the cinematography.
