2008 and maybe a bit before that too. (Since the project started, not since active development)

Really? DCS was presented on 2011, yet they were already 4 year into bringing a Viper module?

I just checked. The first pics appeared in 2008.

(the Mi-24 is still supposed to be released after the F-16 as of today )

So looks like... as a project probably started on 2008 (may be even earlier), active development as a main focus project since October last year.

You can’t model a 2007 F-16C in 2008. They are two different projects.

No, it's the same project. They just adjusted the version that they are going to model.

Unless you want to say we're getting two F-16s
