WOPR
Dear all, While we had planned for a DCS World 2.5.6 Open Beta release this week, but we are still waiting on updating a couple of 3rd party aircraft to the new version, and we want a few more days to make sure new items like the Viper radar-directed gun sight and new pointing modes for the Hornet targeting pod are ready. Thank you for your patience. Sanity is appreciated. I'm looking forward to the updates, but would rather have the obvious bugs taken care of. I'm sure this update is more complex than usual. ThorBrasil
Please take as much time as needed to deliver a good update and don't force it, because of complainers I agree! Better to wait and release when you're ready. So you avoid a lot of headaches and complaints on the forum when you release at the right time. |Motherboard|: Asus TUF Gaming X570-PLUS, |WaterCooler|: Corsair H115i Pro, |CPU|: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X, |RAM|: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB 3200MHz DDR4, |SSD|: Kingston A2000 500GB M.2 NVMe, |SSD|: Kingston 2.5´ 480GB UV400 SATA III, |SSHD|: Seagate Híbrido 2TB 7200RPM SATA III, |GPU|: MSI Gaming 980Ti, |Monitor|: LG UltraWide 34UM68, |Joystick 1|: Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog, |Joystick 2|: T.Flight Rudder Pedals, |Head Motion|: TrackIr 5. QuiGon
That is great! That is great! Aiming pod finally has a major update! Thank you very much. I want to know: at the same time, can the next update achieve the ability to install the aiming pod in other places? Check the Hornet-Mini-Updates: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=194412&page=19 We are adding the ability to mount the targeting pod on the station 4 cheek station. In order to do this correctly, we must first recreate the 3D model of the pod because the current model does not support this (cooling intake is on the wrong side of the pod). deadpool
The F-16 really needs updates. This is a beta of an early access plane. Just release what you have, it can't be worse as it is now. Half broken radar gunsight? Better than none. Just merge everything that's halfway usable into a branch and release it, please. Don't wait until everything is ready and let feature creep set in.
