Unrectractable gear not count as damage

MiG-29A, steps to reproduce:

- touch on the runway with slow speed without flaps, sink rate 9m/s, bank 4 degrees (with full internal, full gun, empty pylons 253 kph IAS)

- if the circle lighting continously in mechanical devices indicator you can suspect one of the gears jammed in out position

- optionally abort landing (trying airbrake with success when one gear is out and gear handle is up)

- halt on the runway without collecting more damage

- turn off engines

- request repair on a friendly airbase

- ground crew only say "copy" but do nothing to fix, no counter

proposed workaround:

because other planes also has this or similar long standing deny to work ground crew issues

please add jettison canopy to all planes to mark plane as damaged

(Especially to naval flanker: before plane hit the sea pilot can prepare for under water escape.

In low altitude low speed or in a bank ejection is not an option)

+1 for canopy jettison function, the more the better but...

not as a workaround for a problem. There is no pilot exit/recovery simulated so what's the point. You can rip off canopy if you fly fast enough. Slow, low level flight is usually safe for ejection; banked - it depends on speed and altitude. You can even eject underwater (RL tests).
