Summary: Every multiplayer server I know of is constantly crashing between 5mins to 2hours. No correlation to what is being done on the servers. Happening without anything linking to what is the cause yet

Multiplayer servers are constantly crashing between 5mins and 2 hours like clockwork. Throwing a transport.dll error over and over

When this happens it causes my game to crash but no crash log is generated.
