The scenarios that run through my based on current events makes that area ripe for the campaign and mission editors.

Then we have Nevada. Anyone remember the Dale Brown book when Dreamland got hit?

Agreed, NTTR is awesome especially with new GPU. It is still OpenAlpha, can't wait the final product, will be more awesome :)

I don't think I'll ever want another map to be honest, Nevada just nails it in every way; ideal size, accurate texturing and building placement, beautiful visuals through EDGE, and stellar performance considering the detail on screen.

Add to that, its a real combat training environment. I showed my old man Vegas from ground level - we used to fly FS98 together - he was stunned that walls have textures, trees have leaves, and vehicles populate the roads.

Sorry to hijack this thread but I might be missing something. I have formatted my PC and thought I would install 2.0 beta, I have installed my modules but all the missions and training etc are greyed out. Can I not play this until I buy Nevada test range ?
