Will it be possible to trigger events, like single engine shotdown, MFD blackout or landing gear fails?

So based on the FAQ update stating various training missions for carrier ops, are we going to have carrier operations at launch of Early Access?

Wags has always stated we'll get the basic bare bones carrier ops at launch with the Hornet EA, with the high/full fidelity carrier module to come later.

Oh yeah (that gif). Hornet is pretty fancy in terms of technology and systems. It will have all sorts of things.

Then reason I asked about GPS equipage is because the NATOPS states in the system and normal procedure sections to select IFA after INS alignment, but in the Hornet startup video NAV was selected on the INS before taxing. Does this mean the DCS Hornet doesn’t have GPS? Or am I missing something?

Yes, it will have GPS, but not at EA release.

What are the chances of getting a F/A-18D after EA?
