Harlikwin
Saved Games/DCS.openbeta(in the case you are in OB)/kneeboard Not on the beta, and I had to make a directory for the kneeboard. Is there a way to make subdirectories that are aircraft specific? New hotness: I7 9700k 4.8ghz, 32gb ddr4, 2080ti, :joystick: TM Warthog. You forgot the laserraning in your document ;) I just followed the procedure as in the tutorial mission - laser wasn't mentioned  Kneeboard Guides Rig: Asus B650-GAMING PLUS; Ryzen 7800X3D ; 64GB DDR5 5600; RTX 4080; VPC T50 CM2 HOTAS; SN-1 Pedals; VR = Pico 4 over VD Wireless + Index; Point Control v2

Looney
Hmm, I'd like to range before firing a missile outside of its engagement enveloppe.. Johnny Dioxin
Cool, thanks. And yes there is no laser in the officaial tutorial having just done it. You're welcome. I think Sven was thinking of another missile ;) This one is wire guided (ATGW) so no need for a laser - though I suppose it would help for range information and the missile could also have the guidance along the wire pointing it at a laser mark. Maybe he'll tell us? Harlikwin
Speaking of wire guided... Does the hot short out over water or over telephone/power lines? borchi_2b
I was referring to the laserrange finding. It is missing in the tutorial there/ kneeboard. I always use it while doing hover or run attacks, so I know if I am in the missiles envelope or not. The max range is 4300m for the HOT http://www.polychop-sims.com
Johnny Dioxin
Thanks, Sven, I'll have a look at that in-sim and add it to the guide. Alles Gute zum N.J.
