Cake Posted May 9, 2020 Share Posted May 9, 2020 Anyone have any idea how long the support ticket + BS1 steam shot process + BS2 upgrade serial number takes? Last time I contacted support was in 2013 and it took over five months for the ticket to get answered!!!! After spending an hour searching forums/I finally found the directions for opening a ticket and sending a steam screenshot. Cake Posted May 9, 2020 Author Share Posted May 9, 2020 Wow, got a very quick response from support. Apparently the BS2 upgrade key is good for the full version of BS2 in latest DCS.
