I like to fly as a Vulnerable Pilot.

While Learning to use the Mission Editor, I killed my Pilot testing the Mission.

Is there a way to change the Player File back to Living?

He is referring to the pilot logbook, wherein you can actually create a "mortal" player entity for the purposes of stat tracking. If the pilot is killed, the logbook entry ceases receiving promotions and tracking stats until reset.

Bart, you can find the pertinent file in saved games/dcs/MissionEditor/logbook.lua

Haven't tested but there is a ["deathcount"] = line for each mission that looks like a winner.

For this very reason i have created an immortal "Test Pilot", such that i can run my scenarios/missions to check them out before posting.
