Infiltrator
Last night I found a Thrustmaster Warthog's afterburner detent from a creator on Shapeways. It was for sale for £10. I thought great! For a tenner I'll bag that as it's probably free delivery too. Wrong! Went out to the checkout and the total came to almost £20 by the time it added VAT and a whooping '£6.40' delivery charge! Fook that I thought! I went into the garage grabbed my modelling knife and some 1200 sandpaper and modified the existing detent. It works great! The moral being don't pay these ripoff merchants silly money for a push through 3D printed afterburner detent - modify the orignal part. This is what the detent looks like after the modification: Corsair 500D SE|Corsair AX1600i|Windows 11 Pro 64Bit|Intel i9-12900K 3.2Ghz@stock|Gigabyte Master Z690|Corsair H150i Elite Capellix|Gigabyte Vision RTX 3090| 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR5 5600Mhz|Alienware 34 AW3418W Display|Track IR 4 Pro|Logitech 7.1 G930|Samsung Evo 970 NVMe TB SSD|Slaw RX Viper Pedals|Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS| F/A18-C Grip|HP Reverb 2|Logitech Lightspeed 502|Logitech Z906 5.

Wali763
Hi. I bought the one you mentioned for close to 30 Euros, for the most part it was postaging. After 4 months of use, its feels already quite a bit scratched off, meaning, the detant is not that clear anymore and only need little force to go over it. Right now its still ok, but Im not sure how it will hold up in the future. Id say, the postaging is quite a rip-off, but I did not regret buying it. If it stays like it is now and not gets worse. If so, I will do the work from the vid or have someone with a 3D-printer help me out. Edited January 28, 2020 by Wali763
BitMaster
The stupid thing is, if you switch between helis and jets, there is no real solution but two devices, one for each, like a dedicated Collective with a rotating grip ie. Gigabyte Aorus X570S Master - Ryzen 5900X - Gskill 64GB 3200/CL14@3600/CL14 - Asus 1080ti EK-waterblock - 4x Samsung 980Pro 1TB - 1x Samsung 870 Evo 1TB - 1x SanDisc 120GB SSD - Heatkiller IV - MoRa3-360LT@9x120mm Noctua F12 - Corsair AXi-1200 - TiR5-Pro - Warthog Hotas - Saitek Combat Pedals - Asus PG278Q 27" QHD Gsync 144Hz - Corsair K70 RGB Pro - Win11 Pro/Linux - Phanteks Evolv-X
Retu81
I found a model for the push through detent in Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3163168 Then went to the local library to 3D-print it. It only cost was about 45 minutes of my time, since they don't charge anything for using the printer. It's not pretty, but it doesn't matter, since it's hidden away and works beautifully:
