Your instructors are warbird pilots, current on the Spitfire type with valuable insights you won't find in a book. Students will get in-depth instruction and many valuable experiences including: aircraft technical systems aircraft handling and flying characteristics aircraft history of Canadian significance aircraft cockpit layout instruction thorough "walk-around" and cockpit familiarization meet and talk with Vintage Wings pilots warbird ground school certificate access to tour the other aircraft at Vintage Wings of Canada Weather permitting, we will tow the Spitfire outside and start it up for the class.
