MiG-21 Official paintkit available!

Yeah,the current template is a mess,which is a pity......every other module has a half decent template,this one needs addressing please.

One would expect a new paintkit be made available once they redo the textures.

Those changes aren't in the change log just yet, so I'd imagine they've yet to be applied.

Hiromachi or -Rudel- would be the ones to ask, though.

I'll ask. There is some reshaping with fuselage itself and of course cockpit rework will require external adjustments as well, which of has an impact.

Does Anyone have the ORIGINAL Template? I don't care how complex it is, I'm fairly good PS user....

It has all the basic elements for making skins with far fewer Layers than the official Paint Kit and is much more user freindly.

The template is in PSD Format so can be used with Gimp as well as Photoshop.

No that was  based on the older version and was made before the Official Leatherneck Simulations Mig-21 bis Phase 1 Template was released.

The Template is awesome  However   I and others find the Phase 1  Template  very overwhelming especially as each part has hundreds of  Layers for every small detail so I have simplified it by merging  the Layer groups into single units helping to de clutter  each one and making it more User Friendly.

I hope You don't Mind Rudel But if You do I am happy to remove  this post.

I must state I did NOT create  THIS  Template I just adapted  the   Official Leatherneck Simulations Mig-21 bis Phase 1 Template  so as  to make  it more manageable and full credit goes to Rudel  and the Developers at Leatherneck Simulations for  creating the  Original Template.

Oh the post is fine, but because of the model changes, the Spine and tail may not match up well.  That is, if it's the old template.

I have deleted the Old Template and as stated in My last post above  I have now Simplified the New Mig-21 bis Phase 1 Template currently  available at Leatherneck Simulations

and as yet I havn't seen a Phase 2 version  so I assume  the Mig-21 bis Phase 1 Template is still the newest one.
