The drivers have a bug, which was later supplemented.

2503360-Apex Legends 0x887A0006 DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG error with game crashing to desktop
2500396-Windows 7/8.1: Random TDRs after updating to driver 418.81
2503738-418.81: Driver breaks GPU acceleration with apps that use iRay/Octane

Gotcha, so in other words, it's no big deal. Only 3 bugs is a "perfect" driver

Did you uninstall the old driver with DDU and do a complete, fresh install of the new driver?

heh, did as you guys said, a 2nd time using DDU with windows safe mode and this time around looks a success. I was lazy last time and used NVIDIAS "clean installation" option only.

It was nice to have only three mistakes, but if you work only well.

Issues and updates:
2079538-Random DPC watchdog violation error when using multiple GPUs on motherboards with PLX chips -> Use the following tool to enable MSI mode as a temporary workaround (only apply changes to each NVIDIA GPU installed):
https://github.com/CHEF-KOCH/MSI-utility/releases
2107201-Cursor shows brief corruption when hovering on certain links in Firefox/Steam
2449346-The Witcher 3 will BSOD with Bad Pool error randomly during gameplay
2451459-Batman: Arkham Origins: Physx fog rendering incorrectly
2453173-ARK Survival may crash with bad pool caller error and eventual BSOD
2488424-RTX 20 series: Event ID 14 error in event viewer when Digital Vibrance setting is changed
2496987-DSR is not available for monitors with 4k2k timings
