isotaan Posted October 28, 2019 Share Posted October 28, 2019 As someone in the IT support field and as someone who has some programming experience, the current bug report system via the forums irks me. Navigating through four parent forums to try to find the relevant sub-sub-sub forum isn't an intuitive way to fill out bug reports. My suggestion is to implement a customer-facing bug reporting and support utility that is independent of the forums.
