Thats a list of whats out so far. Back when it first came out there was a list of planned units including a G-6 and A-8 AI as well as a few other things. Its not on the store page or here anymore........

 

The DCS: World War II Assets Pack will continue to grow with DCS: Combined Arms compatibility and free asset additions that includes:

 

• SdKfz 234/2 "Puma"

• Sd.Kfz. 251

• Sd.Kfz.2 Kettenkrad

• Horch staff car

• E-boat Schnellboot type S-130

• Uboat type 7

• German search lights

• Barrage balloons

• Avro Lancaster

• Hawker Typhoon

• Ju-88

• Fw 190 A-6 and A-8

• Bf 109 G-6

• A-20 Havoc/Boston

The ones I've bolded have been released. I copied this from the original post of Ninelines, its the last section.

 

I saw it in this trailer:

 

 

Interesting, it looks like its made from the developer of the I-16, the props on the 88 and 87 look off though.

Hi all, 

 

I feel it is time for a review of the Asset Pack:

As can be seen we now have a total of 55 units, which works out at under $0.55 per unit if the Asset Pack was bought at full RRP, even less if on sale and a veritable steal if you got the Normandy Map bundle. 

 

One thing I hadn't quite realised was just how many of the additions (19) we were not expecting - so thanks ED!

 

@NineLine - do we have any further information on the status of those AI aircraft that were slated? I've been eagerly awaiting the C-47, Typhoon and Bf 109G-6; are they still planned and if so do we have any ETA?

On past interviews, ED members talk about more content coming to the Assets pack. The C-47 continue on progres and more has comming. On 2021 and beyond newsleter appears a new AI unit on progress.

New and Updated assets

Because DCS World is built on a project spanning almost two decades, some units now show their age and will be updated throughout the year. It is also important that we add new units to better fill the battlefields. Here are some of the items that we intend to create or update in 2021:

@NineLine Please pass my thanks to the team for the inclusion of the towed artillery types, this will really help provide the fighter-bomber types we have in DCS with missions where frontline target destruction or attrition is achievable and has useful potential knock-on effects for mission design.

At the risk of sounding ungrateful, are there any plans to make these units towable by an appropriate gun-tractor in the future?

ED has working on towed funtionality, for trailers, towed artillery and AAA. On fact, we have Sd.Kfz. 7 Tractor and M4 Tractor as artillery prime movers.

As always @Silver_Dragon, thanks for the update. I second @DD_Fenrir thanks to the team. Personally I think the WWII assets pack adds great value to DCS World, and it is comforting to hear that it will keep expanding. Any idea if we will ever see these type of assets manned? It would be nice if things like mortar and AT guns were manned with animated soldiers.

Firstly, thanks for your excellent thread DCS: Roadmap (unofficial) , I watch it religiously to follow progress of the game.

Just wanted to confirm in your list above posted on September 3

- Train:

  • DR 50Ton Flat Wagon with Flak18
  • DR 50Ton Flat Wagon with Flak30
  • DR 50Ton Flat Wagon with Flak38

I cannot locate the Flat Wagons with Flak options, under Trains.

Has this been implemented yet & I'll just can't find 😄, or is this still to be implemented (on progress)?
