Well it is not an issue ONLY with the MIG-21.
That deferred shading ON is killing most of the cockpits....
and except helicopters, I have them all...

I only have this issue with the Mig-21. I only have 4 modules though. I am not bothered with the deferred shading that much for now. I am bothered by the fact that this module is getting neglected more and more.

M3 is pretty much dead at this point. There's no significant update since the CE2 fiasco.
