I've ginned up a little promo prior to starting the campaign... BeachAV8R Posted May 6, 2017 Author Share Posted May 6, 2017 I'm having a problem with Mission #1 (Day AAR). I flew it a week or so ago and everything went fine, but I screwed up the actual tanking. I wasn't able to get back to trying the mission until this morning (I updated DCS in the interim) and now I'm getting a conflict at the beginning of the mission between the landing C-130 and the departing A-10C flight ahead of me. The A-10s aren't waiting for the C-130 to clear the runway, resulting in a collision (which of course shuts down the airport)... Can anyone confirm? It will only take a few minutes to check because it happens right in the first 5 minutes of the mission. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Sabre-TLA Posted May 6, 2017 Share Posted May 6, 2017 Yes that's correct. The most recent updates have changed the AI logic causing collisions with other AI units. We have reported it in the bugs section for the campaign here. A fix has been created (increasing the AI start time to avoid the collisions) and has been submitted to ED for release. Hopefully it will be released in the next patch. The practice missions appear ok but please report any issue and we will correct them. Mission #3 seemed to play fine - is there any guidance on whether the campaigns actually have been updated to work with 2.5 seamlessly?
