Who knows but the current AV-8B N/A Harrier is still in early access almost 2 years later with no idea as to when it will enter release candidate/completion. So make of that what you will.

Very little isn't, unfortunately ( which is not excusing anyone either ). No flyable SHAR would mean no UK flyable, so I'd imagine so. SHAR 1 is a fairly simple aircraft, the radar was originally in the Lynx & it couldn't carry BVR missiles anyway.

If you do the Sea Harrier then AV-8A/GR.3 are very similar. Many of the Harriers in the Falklands were Harrier GR3s. The carriers had a mixed air groups of RAF and Fleet Air Arm.
