scenic views - in game streaming?

I am trying to make streaming on the second screen with external views. Has anyone seen modes that change views in "move like" style, based on the context? Like fly by, around, look from the enemy etc.

I know you can do it manually, but I am sure you can make presets based on what's happening during the game.
