how to take over LSS lock?

I was making some tests with hornet's lss feature. I managed to find a target that was being lased by a drone. I designated it then hit trig button and hit the target.

But when I try to make fine-tune, i couldn't move the cursor. when I hit lss button, all settings gone, tgp looked somewhere else (most likely boresight), when i hit undesginate, result was the same.

It was very easy with viper, after tgp finds a target, I can manipulate the cursor (maybe something isn't implemented)
