having to re-download things problem question

I download at 370 kb/s and the NTTR takes me more then 24 hours to get.

Then all of the planes too.....

Can someone please tell me about using Torrent vs HTTP

as I am using win 10 insider program, and it changes all the time and I seem to lose

many things I have to reinstall over and over.

I was thinking if a download had a version of 2.015 that I actually

had saved to my PC, I could install that and then just do an update

and the DL would not be so large and take so long.

Thank You very much for any help with this, I appreciate it very much.

Why on earth would you use your gaming rig for the insider program? Even MS will tell you that is a bad idea.

hm... this sounds like the worst scenario ever ctguy.

I presume you know that you have only 10 activations on DCS modules , then you can activate them once per month...

So, make yourself a favour and buy a Win10 Pro license which have the Hypervisor functionality enabled so that you can build as many Insider VMs as you like...

Again, sorry being rude... but your approach is total brain damage for me :D

PS: not mentioning your fantastic internet speed :)

  • 2 weeks later...

I have DCS working ok now, and I know I really screwed the pooch by

doing the insiders program. You would not believe the problems

this has caused me.

Why would I buy a win 10 pro program when I bought win 8.1 pro and

microsoft upgraded me to win 10 pro for free ?

The final version of win 10 will be released soon and I will

just end up doing a clean install.
