Moving Map Axis fixed to Aircraft

When i north up the Map, the axis are fixed to the Aircraft, not to the Map.

Example: Map is in North-Up, flying straight heading East, edit the waypoint via cursor on Moving Map, Cursor up moves waypoint to the right.

When flying Heading south, Cursor Up moves the waypoint down.

Bug or Feature?

Next, Steerpoint Quick Select functions doesn't work.

Holding WP Encrement Button down for 0.8 sec but no reaction.

Yes, editing of waypoints via cursor on the moving map in North-Up position is uncomfortable now. But there are also other issues associated with changing of the map orientation.

As it is shown in the pictures below, some symbols move incorrectly when the map is switched to the North-Up position.

Notice how the TACAN bearing pointer moves in the first picture ...

And here's the waypoint position change (WP1 coordinates were entered using the UFC keypad).
