There are several helos available, all for purchase in the store.

UH-1
KA-50
MI-8
Gazelle

Couldn’t say which is best for Vegas, as I only have the KA-50 (Russian attack helo).

UH-1 probably fits in best but really depends what you want to do with it.

Gazelle great for diving off builgings, flying down with the traffic etc.

Mi-8 also pretty good value so to the Huey, the boulevard takes about 4 to 5 minutes as a casual flight.

If you haven't already flown a heli it might take a tad.longer initially.

Huey for realism, Mi8 for realism and power, Gazelle for fun, Kamov for dakka.

Up to you

If you're ask which would be most appropriate for simulating the tour flights done over the vegas strip the gazelle is closest to the EC-130s and AS-350s used for that. However you can't remove its weapons or pylons so the Huey is best able to approximate a civilian helicopter.
