Sorry for playing forum police (or grumpy old bastard), but why are people spamming this thread with requests for changes to core functionality that isn't linked to the Caucasus terrain update? There is no point in filling this thread with "please improve X, Y or Z"-posts that aren't related to the terrain itself.

If I am reading this right it looks like we'll hear something on the Caucasus map tomorrow...

And how many roughly updated the Caucasus will occupy places on the hard drive is already known?
About 14 gigs.
Andrew, I'll tell Yak-52 to wait for mortals?

Announcement will be tomorrow.

You will hear something about the Yak tomorrow.

Cool, DCS Yak52. Keeping this hidden for such a long time is ED biggest coup yet

But hey maybe it means Ka-52Y or something like that

DCS Yak52 has a private client project. I think the client can be "enable" to ED release a "entertainment" version, similarly to the A-10C and CA. Waiting to tomorrow to see more news.

Thanks, I'm enlightened now. To spare everybody the search: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=195173

I believe it is because people are expecting to much from the merge in that regard. We see new explosion effects for example and some seem to believe that the big great merge is the base for these new things/improvements to the simulation.
