Musicman2018 Posted October 20, 2019 Share Posted October 20, 2019 (edited) Just bought the FA/18 and working hard at the training scenarios but my Saitek X52 not X52 Pro throttle isn't responding as it should. This is only with FA/18 and doesn't affect any other helo or airplanes. The problem is with thrust and I'm struggling to get past 100kts before the end of the runway despite full power afterburners. I've trawled through forums and seen a lot of posts with this problem and fixes in saturation and curves etc but don't know if these are still valid as there may have been some updates to the FA/18 since 2018 etc. Could someone help me out please and let me know the current suggested settings for the Saitek X52 throttle so I can at least get further on in training. *Update* Solved. This is mission dependant and some missions it works and others it doesn't. I suspect it is due to Fuel and Weapon loadout. rob10 Posted October 20, 2019 Share Posted October 20, 2019 1st thing to check is in the options, SPECIAL, FA-18C that you have AFTERBURNER DETENT set to ALWAYS OFF (or set up a binding for the toggle the detent on/off). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
