I wish you all the best with this Rudel. If they ever do get around to it maybe they could also add a feature for fantasy skins. Its a PITA scrolling through lime green and purple F18s and Irish Air force F14s for something useful.

Thank you for your support, let's hope that ED's Webmaster reconsiders this and adds the suggested File Type.

I refuse to upload the Templates that I've edited to the "other" category, as they would quickly get lost and gather little visibility ... I like for my files to be used, no point on sharing them otherwise.

These are some of the Templates that I've gathered over time, I will share them in "packs" once the Webmaster accepts this suggestion:

Best regards,

Eduardo

Hello to all,

Just noticed that the Webmaster accepted this request ... on my country there is a saying "better late than never", so I won't make any snarky comment about how long it took ... I'm so glad to finally have this

... and the Webmaster also finally sorted A to Z the Units list, making it much easier to use:

so, thanks a lot ED, for implementing this.

I will now check my templates for compatibility with the current version of DCS and then upload them on User Files.

Cheers!

Eduardo

Just uploaded my first pack of 20 static templates:

https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.c...files/3312219/

I’m going to keep uploading more, as I go checking each first for compatibility with the latest DCS

This is great. Although I don't fly on Caucasus much, but I hope you'll upload your other templates for different maps as well!

Keep up the great work mate.

Yes, I will, but it will take a few days as I'm checking and updating each template, to make sure that it does in fact work on the latest DCS Openbeta 2.5.6, prior to upload them on the new File Section.

On a couple of days I should have ready the Blue Coalition for Caucasus and then I will follow up with the Templates for Nevada, which are the oldest ones that I have. Persian Gulf will be last.

In my opinion, the Caucasus airbases are the ones most in need of extra scenery objects, as the airbases of Nevada, Persian Gulf and Syria are much better equipped.
