I tried this on RPM 80 - 90.... but every time throttle mode switch return to boost.... can somebody give me advice for this situation, please? I’m not entirely sure, but the jet has to be in landing configuration. (Gear down, landing flaps down) Edit from NATOPS: So, unless the gear is down, maybe the sim is detecting a slight throttle movement and is causing it to revert to boost. That’s my final answer. That way you just control your descent with pitch and it will "auto" throttle to stay on speed. Twitch2DCS - Bring twitch chat into DCS. IronMike Posted May 15, 2019 Share Posted May 15, 2019 that is correct. autothrottle in the Tomcat is for onspeed landing configurations only and not to be confused with autothrust, as some other jets offer it.
