Flight Training Groups

I have had DCS F-15C for a while now but just have not had enough time to get into it yet. I am now trying to learn the game and how to fly the F-15. I have played a lot of flight sims before but none as in depth as DCS. I can fly, land and shoot stuff down here and there. I am looking to see if there are any groups or communities that do hands on flights... Ideally I would like to find someone who is moderately experienced that would be my flight lead so I can work on improving my radar operation/combat/navigational skills. Anyone know of any groups that do stuff like this?

Have been away for a while myself, but might I suggest that you try some of the VOIP servers for some of the larger squadrons, who are generally amicable to these sorts of requests, I've gotten a lot in such places. Of course... There are a few things I still need to learn, and would like to hear about any more dedicated groups myself for a more one-on-1 thing.
