I wonder, what is the best bavarian beer according to you? :-)

Sry for the late answer...

Best bavarian beer? Probably "Büble-Bier" by the "Allgäuer Brauhaus", directly followed by "Holzar-Bier" by "Hirschbräu Sonthofen".

Well well, I´m living in the Allgäu - it´s the western part of the bavarian alps.

Yeah, I thought so...

the better renown breweries with good beer would be:

-Paulaner München (Munich): Münchner Helles

-Hacker Pschorr München: Hefeweizen

or the stuff from Augustiner Brauhaus München.

But the best ones are still the local, small breweries: in our region with approx. 180.000 inhabitants on 70 miles*70miles square we have more than 20 breweries...ie one brewery on 9000 people.

And mountains.

and beautiful cows.

and snow in the winter.

Fat food.

Beautiful girls.

and we are rather far away from the hectics of urban life.

I luv it.
