harf4ng
Hi, When we check the "random failure" checkbox, are failures really random? Or do they depend on the way we fly? So, they are random? Or realistic? Like, I guess the rpm and manifold should stay in the green as long as we can in the real plane, except maybe in fights, and therefore too high a manifold pressure or rpm could increase the risk of failure? Random failures are extra options to simulate systems failures and other bits and bobs. It has nothing to do with how you fly before the failure. The failure will affect how you fly afterwards :music_whistling: Like, I guess the rpm and manifold should stay in the green as long as we can in the real plane, except maybe in fights, and therefore too high a manifold pressure or rpm could increase the risk of failure? Yes. There's a limited engine wear and damage system modelled. It has nothing to do with random failures, and is down to how you fly. Fancy trying Star Citizen? Click here!
