Extranajero
Built a mount for the throttle box, position sensors tested and working, next will be a console and the radar\nav controller which sits behind the throttle. Managed to find an almost correct landing gear switch last week too. --------------------------------------------------------- PC specs:- Intel 386DX, 2mb memory, onboard graphics, 14" 640x480 monitor Modules owned:- Bachem Natter, Cessna 150, Project Pluto, Sopwith Snipe

Bolelas
Very nice work. What dampers did you use? Are they expensive? (I want one for a heli colective...)
arturojgt
Harrier Throttle WIP Very nice work. What dampers did you use? Are they expensive? (I want one for a heli colective...) I used “new and used” Honeywell SPST switches, I bought those on eBay but there is a lot of other brands and cheaper options. Bolelas
No, sorry, i ment the long yellow cilinders, that i think are shock absorvers, where did you buy them? Are they what i think? Thanks for the quick reply.
Sokol1_br
o, sorry, i ment the long yellow cilinders, In OP pictures looks like motorcycle steering dampers, like the ones that people used install in Slaw (and others) rudder pedals. You find this damper in eBay, Aliexpress for reasonable prices. But could be too "linear potentiometer", what is very expensive. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Linear-Potentiometer-Position-Travel-Sensor-with-Rod-End-Joints-0-to-8-Range-/331032223707 https://www.te.com/usa-en/products/sensors/position-sensors/potentiometric-sensors/linear-displacement-sensors-potentiometer.html?tab=pgp-story
