Since the speaker is in the nose, there is no Mechanical Fuze (MFUZ) in the nose. You have to select EFUZ- Inst. for it to work... One time I got a DUD indication after mistakenly using MFUZ for a GBU bomb but could not get to reverse the mfuz setting. Any way to get this corrected inflight and get rid of the dud. Can be caused by fuzing delays improperly set, releasing the bomb to low, releasing with improper dive angle, improper fuz delay with the wrong fin/drag options, etc. Not sure if the game models all this correctly however. The phrase "it's a dud" The bomb is a "dud". This explains why playing justin bieber songs to enemy just before bomb impact qualify this type of bombs as weapons of mass destruction. They should be banned immediately.
