Corrext settings for Alpha Channel texture not affected by Sunlight

Hi Community,

can someone help me with this issue, which are the correct settings in 3Ds Max (Material Editor/EDM Tools) that Alpha channel textures, like my trees in this example are not affected by the sun light, as you can see they brighten up which is not wanted.

 

the fence from ED for example is not affected, and it must have an Alpha channel too of course.
