decoupling view movement between monitors

Hi everyone. I want to upgrade mi simpit with a touchscreen monitor. I know that there are mutiple possibilities to achive interactive monitor for example Helios. But what I want to do is slightly different. My purpose is to have two monitor one top and one bottom, and I want only the top monitor to change view when I look around while the bottom stays in the central view. That way I will have a fixed pannel view on the bottom and normal rotating view on the top. Now do you think that could be possible modifying some .lua file like for example those in DCS World OpenBeta 1.5\Config\MonitorSetup folder?

Not possible I am afraid. Even playing with the viewports on the monitorconfig.lua, when your head moves, all the external viewports are moving too. The fixed ones can only be the exported displays.
