Lighting problems in DCS 2.5

I just did a quick takeoff test flight to validate some binding issues in the PG map and noticed green flood lamps. I never noticed it before and it sure looked nice. The time of day was 1845 or so.

 

Is this the flood lights that were fixed by today’s update?
