You forgot Gudauta :P

PDF of the frequencies: http://www.mediafire.com/download/rc4y5d0u2de9gjx/Sabre+Frequencies.pdf

(I just edited the existing PDF by Shu77 that can be found here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=60370 to have the sabre frequencies over the A-10C frequencies. I am in no way saying that the original PDF is mine, or made by me. If the owner of the PDF has a problem with me editing it I will gladly take it down.)

How do you actually tune this to those frequencies?

You need to open the mission in the Mission Editor, then select the flight.

On the right there is a tab that you input the frequencies on, save the mission.

Then in the aircraft just select the number that corresponds to the frequency of the airport.

In the example the flight is at Senaki-Kolkhi which is frequency 261, so it's number 7 on the dial.

Oh okay. but for multiplayer it requires the mission maker to set the frequencies?

Pretty sure since they have to be set in the Mission Editor.

I would like to point out that if you go to the Aerodrome Charts they have all the info listed there as well.

The charts are located under the docs section in your DCS World install.

For example mine are located here:

C:\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Doc\Charts

GND Charts have the info.

No. At least my PDF files there have not changed with 1.2.9.

Most of the frequencies for the airbases seem to be already in by default, you just need to find which number relates to which airfield.
