Voodoo_One
What I also noticed: I have bought the Steam Version - But it seems I need to buy another module (only available in the DCS Store <-> Not compatible with the steam version) to get atleast the buildin navigation in the L-39 and Mi-8? :( 1000 flights, 1000 crashes - perfect record
Ramsay
What I also noticed: I have bought the Steam Version - But it seems I need to buy another module (only available in the DCS Store <-> Not compatible with the steam version) to get atleast the buildin navigation in the L-39 and Mi-8? :( The Steam version is more expensive than the 'standalone' versions but includes the 2D popup and both 3D versions for the Mi-8 and L-39C in one package. The 3D versions are enabled in DCS>Options>Special>NS430 using check boxes. The L-39C requires the gun sight to be disabled/removed in the mission editor (to make space for the NS430). i9 9900K @4.7GHz, 64GB DDR4, RTX4070 12GB, 1+2TB NVMe, 6+4TB HD, 4+1TB SSD, Winwing Orion 2 F-15EX Throttle + F-16EX Stick, TPR Pedals, TIR5, Win 10 Pro x64, 1920X1080
Voodoo_One
I See. I had all the boxes ticked - I knew, that the popup doesnt work in VR, but was surprised, that I dont See it in the L39 anyways. How do I remove the whole gunsight in the Mission editor o_O 1000 flights, 1000 crashes - perfect record
Ramsay
How do I remove the whole gunsight in the Mission editor o_O Select the aircraft you want the 3D NS430 to appear in and enable the NS430 and dismount gunsight options in the L-39C 'Additional Properties' tab. i9 9900K @4.7GHz, 64GB DDR4, RTX4070 12GB, 1+2TB NVMe, 6+4TB HD, 4+1TB SSD, Winwing Orion 2 F-15EX Throttle + F-16EX Stick, TPR Pedals, TIR5, Win 10 Pro x64, 1920X1080

mariner3302
Every VR user should get a REFUND and apology from ED. There should/could have been a warning that it doesn't work in VR. Basically we gave them cash for nothing! i7-7700K, 32GB DDR4, 525GB SSD, 1TB HDD, GTX 1080Ti 11GB, Liquid Cooling, Win 10, Warthog HOTAS, TPR Pedals, HP Reverb, Oculus Rift with Touch, Jetseat and bass shakers, PointCTRL, and Scale F-14B Cockpit
VirusAM
Every VR user should get a REFUND and apology from ED. There should/could have been a warning that it doesn't work in VR. Basically we gave them cash for nothing! When they announced it they specifically stated that didn’t work in Vr. Also on the shop page is explicitly declared... Pac-Man
Is this ever gonna get resolved? If, not can we who fly VR get a refund or a credit for it? Please don't feel I'm upset.... Honestly, it's just pretty clear it's not on the priority list and once you go VR.. you don't go back LOL Edited November 28, 2019 by Pac-Man [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] http://www.Vcw13.com Asus Z270 Prime-A | i7-7700k | 32G Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200 | EVGA RTX 2080ti | 2x 960 EVO M.2 in RAID 0 | 500GB SSD | Thrustmaster Warthog | Pimax 5K Plus https://www.youtube.com/c/OverKillSims

fargo007
ED: If there is some intermediate solution that will enable at least some functionality now, please pursue such a course. Examples would include exporting it to a desktop window, so at least we could peek under the VR and still use it. OR: Limit the available screens to the few necessary (e.g. no moving map, which seems to be the source of most issues anyhow). Speaking for me, I would gain a lot of usefulness out of either of these even in that sort of incomplete state. Immediately. Have fun. Don't suck. ED Team BIGNEWY Posted January 14, 2020 ED Team Share Posted January 14, 2020 NS430 in 'flat' mode is incompatible with VR devices. No workaround yet. As has already been mentioned flat mode is incompatible with VR, there is no work around. If that changes we will publish it in the newsletter and change our store page to reflect this.
