Default Kursant mission question

So first mission,

I keep getting a repeat with the comment Flaps 25deg, and max RPM.

I'm using 25deg flaps on TO and the early part of landing when commanded. No idea on max RPM.

I follow all the verbal instructions, and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

After the first landing, you need to immediately take off and repeat the exercise.
