DCS_updater does not resume downloads.

Hi.

Before, a count in seconds would appear indicating the time offline; Now when the internet goes down, it just freezes up and doesn't resume downloading. that can stay like this forever, regardless of whether the internet has been restored; until I manually cancel it and start it again. In the case of particularly large files, such as PersianGulf.surface5, it is frustrating, since it is a fairly large file and with the instability of my internet I have been trying to finish updating for several days.
