F-5E-3 Missing Cockpit Textures

Sierra99

Recommended Posts

Has this texture issue been reported? In both versions of DCS the Ejection Seat and HUD textures are missing. Friend confirmed this as well. F-5E appears to be good.

Is this a Belsim issue or Eagle Dynamics issue? It's been over a month and a half wwould seem if it affects F-5e buyers it would get fixed sooner rather than latter?

Take a screenshot just now in 2.1. Not sure why can't I see this bug

because you probably own the module..

Missing texture only on the F-5E-3 version (F5E ok)

if you dont own the module (to be confirmed)

both 1.5 and 2.1 concerned

Taken today

v2.1.1.9459

Yes, I have this module installed

I wonder if it is possible fix it by adding/replacing the texture files from flyable module?

That would be a quick way around/grease job. Certainly, it should be fixed by the vendor though.

You can fix this issue.

How to:

https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3375494&postcount=7

EDIT:In 2.5.2, you can't use that solution.

But there is another solution.

https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3498977&postcount=8

EDIT2:I found easy fix.

https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3302226/

EDIT3:In 2.5.4, you have to put RoughMet textures into DCS folder.

https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3301555/

Anyway, I want official fix soon.

Hasn't this problem been solved yet?

Hi, here is fix:

https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3301555/

If you don't own DCS:F-5E, you can't avoid this issue.

I don't know why but ED don't want to fix this issue (they don't put some textures into default DCS folders).

Im missing all cockpit textures in 2.5 for the SU 25t, SU27.

Just started 2 weeks ago. Was fine until then. The A10C seems very good, cockpit and skin. I do turn down the Brite & Contrast toggle on the left & right MFD (display screens).

Notice I am trying NOT to rely only on acronyms.

The SU33 seems also particularly fun to fly, very responsive and clear cockpit.

I think you may have to post a new thread at FC3 forum.

By the way, have you tried "Repair DCS World"?
