@Mainstay: I think the Swastika is missing because of legal issues, the use of the Swastika in games is banned in some countries.

And just copy it in your DCSWorld folder.
Much better. Great theme.

This should in my opinion have been the default version, and the only one. Even if the poll here now says differently, the DCS FW190-D9 has (and wants to have) a much wider reach than will ever be reflected in the opinions you hear on a forum.

I can't see how the elements in question help in any way enhance the music, or the product. Just stirs up unnecessary arguments that distract from a great simulation.

Well, while I prefer the altered version I understand that people do find the original version creating an interesting mood and fitting.
I am glad this hasn't become a huge argument (I feared it would become a flame thread, which was one reason why I hesitated to post it publicly), it isn't a big deal after all, just a minor gripe by a few people.

And I also can play this theme music without getting police called if I forget to close the windows

Great Theme (like both versions)...Shame it is interrupted so harshly when starting up the modul. Kills the mood somewhat.

+1

Same goes for clean vertical stabs 4 german WW2 Birds as a default. I tolerate folks who want the vertical stabs in a historical way but i think adding these signs is easier than removing them.

Yeah, I'm also in favor of leaving them blank and then modders can mod them to be accurate.
