How we end up with fw190 and me109 stick forces diagrams in damage models thread, sure i don't know

Btw.. the Bf pilot we have is a (one hand) 10 year old girl.. so at least it seems..

20 kG will ware out you arm pretty quickly, + bf 109 cockpit is very tight. stick forces at 600 kph can be so high that pilot wont be able to pull out, unless it will use both hands.
And pull when stick is between your legs is quite complex movement of the arm, pulling + twisting and 20 kG is quite a lot for this. But there is no problem for the pilot to use both hands anyway.
I have seen that countless time specially in aerobatics planes, I've seen p-51 uses both hands for fast aileron roll.
It is handi capping bf 109 but there must be something, because fw 190 stick forces at same speeds are almost 0.
And those charts are for G version, which had small tail, later bf 109 got bigger one ,but i don't know how this impacted the stick forces.

So, the question arises here.. Our Bf pilot is using one hand all the time (handicapped) or.. how is it implemented? Because it would be pretty silly to be portrayed like this.
