I wonder how much CPU capacity is released by this: "Decreased CPU load of SAM groups."

 

Naturally it depends on how many (and how large) SAM-groups there are in a scenario, but the question still stands.

 

 

Every bit of optimization like this is very welcome.

Any idea what this means??:

the spanish part says "Can't create a file that already exist" ?¿?¿?¿?:huh: never ever had an issue with an update before...everything is already downloaded but the update doesnt install...also noticed that I cant even copy/delete the exe file by myself because "I need permissions"...

 

any help would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!

I dont know if it will work.

 

Try removing the DCS.exe before, during or after updating, to the updater create a new DCS.exe

 

 

Sorry i don't read this part

Some nice improvements with this update. Mustang got it's Sight screen re-shaded and it's very nice. The German tanks got their DM redone and now they can be taken out much easier. Hawk got it's fixes.....Great! Still some serious issues with it's navigation equipment but at least you can fly at altitude without getting disoriented now.

I'm wondering if the P-51 will ever get it's prop back. Any info on why it's the only WWII plane lacking in this detail? I have to admit, I notice that it's not there and it is a little distracting.

All in all, from what I was able to mess with today, the update was A-okay!

 

So you see guys......Before you go thinking that any given update isn't up to standard, you have to first play the update because there is always much more to them than get's listed most of the time. And that makes sense given that there are probably literally hundreds of little coding things that get addressed on any given update.

Issues with the P-51 have been reported, just taking some time for whatever reason.

thanks for your help mate!!...after restarting my PC and trying again it worked...have no idea why...also, the updater made a backup folder with the dcs.exe file inside it :huh:, never saw this before...

No idea of that problem, I never happened in an update before.

 

Maybe Gremlins in your PC :joystick:

Just a heads up, some fixes coming in future updates:

 

• no more LOD dots through clouds and full scrolling of Normandy F10 map

• AI will also RTB if they sustain battle damage

• AI affected by G's like players - https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3212333#post3212333

• Proper scrolling of Normandy Map in F10 view
