Hear hear, according to Asus, Intel Z370 has the capability to run 2 NVMe ---now listen--- DIRECTLY ATTACHED to the CPU....all they need is an update, aka Intel opens the bag and lets us have it.

Where do those PCIe come from ?? Have they been there all the time, just not activated ?

So it is not a 16+4, it's a 16+4+4+4 in the end, if Intel ever releases that feature.

It's somewhere on the Asus Forum, stated by Asus officially...and it's not new news, but cant find it right now otherwise I'd link it.
