Default Forcing a Take Of direction

How in ME can you force a specific take off direction or runway using a Takeoff from Rey waypoint ?

I have tried wind and waypoints to no avail its seems if its hard coded.

Put a bit of head on wind, on the mission editor.

That's how it's supposed to work, but I've noticed AI aircraft taking off the in the opposite direction for the most part. Really frustrating.

Depends on the base. Which base are you using?

Trying at Batumi,Sochi,Anapa,Novirysk.

Regardless of wind it always defaults to a SW take off direction

Anapa should use both directions. The other bases all take-off toward and land from the sea due to the mountains on the approach. Its been like that for a long time.
