Kang
There is a DCS_updater.exe in the bin folder of your installation, which also should have a shortcut in your start menu.
Worrazen
Yes I've been trying to do that for a while I took the time and searched a bit, it's mentioned around the forum and major threads, stickies. By default the game installer creates only one "DCS" shortcut that doesn't actually lead to DCS.exe, but to DCS_Updater.exe, which by default updates and then runs DCS.exe, but the shortcut still uses the DCS.exe icon. To override the default behavior and do only-update you would specify a command line option, which you can do right in the existing shortcut "S:\Games\DCS World\bin\DCS_updater.exe" update But then you need another shortcut which you need to do manually, you skip the Updater completely and point it to DCS.exe directly. "S:\Games\DCS World\bin\DCS.exe" update That's it. My example: Modules: A-10C I/II, F/A-18C, Mig-21Bis, M-2000C, AJS-37, Spitfire LF Mk. IX, P-47, FC3, SC, CA, WW2AP, CE2. Terrains: NTTR, Normandy, Persian Gulf, Syria
