AJS37 Viggen JTAC

Hello,

I was flying a mission (off-line) randomly generated and it were present a JTAC in the communication menu, so I tried to communicate with him but I noticed that the frequency it was on was something like 35.XX and I wasn't able to dial that in. A little of Google searching and I found my radio go from something like 100.XXX to 300.XXX so that was out of my communication range of the aircraft (am I correct?), I also found that I could change that JTAC frequency in the mission editor to be able to talk, but, I also red that I should be using frequency in range of 30.000-76.000 to communicate with military assets such as JTAC.

So, here it is the quetions:

1. Can I communicate (with the Viggen) in frequency below 100.000 MHz?
   
   • If not, do I have another way, in the mission, to communicate with that unit?
     

[*]Is there a reason why people say JTAC should use that lower frequency?

[*]Bonus question: In my knee-board I have frequency of other AI groups, its just for completeness/realism or can i communicate something to (for example) a group of Apache? Like ordering an attack or an RTB?
