I suggested he take a day off and fly around Normandy to have fun and explore. Instead of taking a BF109K4 or a P51D I preferred a BMW R75 bike. I went to stroll through the streets of Caen ... beautiful the castle, then went to visit the port of Le Havre. I was enchanted to watch the Italian battleship RM Rome, the Japanese aircraft carrier Hiryu ... but then I was distracted by seeing the USS North Carolina and see what happened.
